The rain hasn't stopped in eleven years.

In a drowned world where cities have become rivers and hope is as scarce as dry ground, four strangers search for answers in the ruins. A mother fights to keep her child breathing. An archivist pieces together the buried truth of how the sky broke. A scientist documents miracles growing in the flood. Somewhere on a houseboat, a man and his faithful mechanical dog drift through the endless gray. And through it all a voice on the radio tells stories to the few still listening.

When a signal cuts through the static, coordinates to a place that shouldn't exist, they are drawn together by the promise of something impossible: shelter. Truth. A chance to stop just surviving and start understanding.

But the rain didn't happen by accident. And some truths were meant to stay drowned.
